Got this through the RITSlist: The Keokuk Junction Railway has applied to the National Register of Historic Places to have the Union depot there delisted. They claim a 8/4/01 accident did irreparable

On the CB&Q F-units were used almost entirely in freight service and were almost all painted a colour which I believe was called "imitation aluminum" which is the white-ish colour that you refered to
