I don't know about the track installed in 1904, I am talking about 2 main tracks which is how double track is classified in CTC, Main 1 and Main 2, it is CTC from the stockyard signal to Plum river,

The symbols you are referring to is under the time section of the operating rule book, the symbols by the time mean S-regular stop, f-flag stop, the numbers that you see under or between the stations
