Yes, M1 and M2's current default setting at that location is flashing yellow, I just had no idea if it was that way at the time of the photo.

I'm not sure why the color doesn't show on those signals in this particular scan, but in all the time I spent trackside there I don't ever remember the signals off. They were always lit. This appears to be a processing fault.

I guess the thing that I find most interesting about this shot are the Westbound signals for Track 2 and 3. They're off. Was this line using approach lit signals? If so, when did they switch to being on always from Approach lit?
