I'm not sure why the color doesn't show on those signals in this particular scan, but in all the time I spent trackside there I don't ever remember the signals off. They were always lit. This appears to be a processing fault.

I guess the thing that I find most interesting about this shot are the Westbound signals for Track 2 and 3. They're off. Was this line using approach lit signals? If so, when did they switch to being on always from Approach lit?
