Eolas' west yard with that connection to the J would make a nice easy place to transfer people from the proposed North/South service on the J to the BNSF contracted East/West service now wouldn't it?

I can't comment on the Stout recorder per se,however I can state that impact recorders are alive and well in the industry today. They are placed into box cars,etc and record the time the car receives
