Here's the latest rumor on the East End.Metra wants to buy the west yard at Eola and convert it to a new dinky stop. Also in related news BNSF is rumored to have purchased all the former Austin Western property on the east side of McClure road for expansion of the east yard when the west yard goes to Metra. Leo |
