Dinky

For as long as I can remember the suburbans were called dinkies(even before I 
left home and went to work for the RR). Also I used to know a lady who as a 
child recalled that the C&I local was called the dinky when she was a child. 
In fact the first time she said the "dinky went thru Waterman" I questioned 
her and then she explained.
