The IC only plated over the front windows on the domes they bought not the NP
Sleeper Domes. IC purchased six domes from the Mo Pac 3 were Budd and 3 were
Pullman Standard, these were the domes that IC plated over the front windows.
The NP Dome Sleepers were painted in IC colors during their lease to the IC
although in the L&N Book there's a shot of one NP Dome Sleeper still painted in
the Lowey two tone green running in the South Wind.
