I believe it was the dome coaches off the NCL that had the front windows
plated over. At least it was in the NP car I rode in to Jacksonville, Fla.
When the Q ran the parlor-obs cars backwards, they did turn the seats
on No. 21, whether it was a car off the TCZ or the KCZ. I rode them both that
