Ed DeRouin's very fine book Chicago Union Station has the track diagrams of CUS. Ed's book is a wealth of information on the history and operations of CUS. It's a must for any Burlington Fan as well

I haven't really looked at the passenger car list, but if you can find a book that's been long out of print, Car Names Numbers and Consists, by Warner. That's the book you want for all the streamline

While some of the Burlington E7's carried a "B" suffix in their number, the were in fact "A" Units, in other words they had a cab. The Burlington didn't own any E7,E8,or E9 "B" Units. The only E "B"
