- Scott, As I read the Rule Book, again this is a May 1951 edition, switchers had both lights on at night and a road locomotive had to have the front ( defined by direction of travel) on all the time.

- Duncan, I use about one third to one fourth glue to water and add a couple of drops of detergent to help the flow of the glue. lightly spray with soapy water first for best results. Hope this helps.
