Duncan,
I have had sucess at placing the structure where I want it, then adding
landscaping - scenery abound the base so it looks as though the structure is
in the ground, not on it. I then set the whole thing with a spray of wet
water (water with a couple of drops of soap) followed by a mix of one part
while glue to four parts water, with a couple of drops of liquid soap also.
I give it a good soaking. Once it is dry, the structure is in place but can
easily be removed with a spray of wet water and a gentle nudge with a
spatula or plaster knife. I do the initial wet water spray so the glue mix
spreads evenly and quickly. I found that the straight glue mix, even though
it has the liquid soap in it, will sometimes cause the ground cover to bead
up. Hope this helps.
