Brandon, I have a 1929 and 1951 Rules of Operating Department. Scanning is beyond my limited computer skills but I can copy the pages and send them to you. I assune you want all pages with pictures of various signals ie: Manual block, interlocking, automatic block and so on. I noted the 1929 book has many pages compared to the 1951 book. I am looking for a rule book from the 1900 era as I model that period. This would help set up my operating rules. Admittedly, I keep them very simple but I like to be correct and not doing something that wasn't introduced until 1915 or so. IF this works, contact me at by return e-mail and please send your mailing address.
