Looking at the Westwood kits I have the following would be the closest for starters:

ST. PAUL Plan 1241 - Using the Westwood The Pennsylvania Limited Kit 105 Composite ca r(Plan 1155),  you would have to modify one set of windows - but the biggest change would be the elimination of the vestibule on the baggage end - an easy change with Westwood's construction.

PARTHENON 16 section Plan 1232 - using the Westwood Pennsylvania Limited  Sleeping car #106 (a Plan 1017 14 section car - not a 12 as indicated on the box) would require the omission of one window and the moving of another - again, a simple matter with Westwood.

ANGELO 7 Compartment-2 Drawing Room Plan 1065 - using the Westwood Pennsylvania Limited / Sunset Limited Sleeping car 103 - a 10-2 Plan 1158 would require a few window moves - not much.

For the coach & chair (ALMA & WINONA (Plans 1249-A & 1250-A))  - using Westwood's B&O Royal Blue Coach kit 204 -  Plan 799  would require modifying from narrow to full vestibule - the windows are almost perfectly correct.   Not difficult given the construction - and templates for the other cars.

If you supplant the wood portions of the Westwood kits with Evergreen car side plastic, and perhaps create a core out of the MDC cars, the project should be fairly straightforward - it's a LOT easier to move windows and other attributes on a "wood" car than on a "steel" car (though the latter is a bit easier with Archer rivets).

If interested, this wouldn't be too difficult to model.  Westwood made a 16 section, composite and a compartment car (slight differences in the window pattern are easily overcome with the modular design of Westwood). The most difficult part may be the diaphragms and vestibules, but I haven't looked at a kit for a while (it might be fin as is). I'd have to look at the coaches - the B&O cars might not be far removed, but you could certainly make some with Labelle kits.   A lot easier to put this one together than, say, the Aristocrat or Blackhawk of later years.  Or even (aside from brass), some of the LW trains.   The Exposition train by Westerfield might also be an option, but modifying resin bodies is a lot harder.
