Rick,
Amtrak does not, and never did, go to Council Bluffs
at all. Always went via Omaha.
For most of the Amtrak time Pacifuc Junction was not
even connected to Council Bluffs. While the 2000 area
the track was put back in again it was not used via
Amtrak.
