[CBQ] Dinkys and Bilevels

George Spier tells a story about a ride he had on an inbound Dinky behind a 
S4....
He recalls the hogger was going so fast around the s-curve at Western Avenue 
that sitting in the top deck of a bilevel it felt like the car was going to go 
over!
