I have no idea what a "transload center" is. GW sugar plant was not at Congress Park. Was and is at Brookfield. For that example the BNSF currently has two SD's, Congress Park and Brookfield. "SD" currently shows Status Displays. CB&Q and BN were the same way. Until around 1973 Brookfield and Congress Park were handled by different depots.
