I'm convinced the photo is at St. Joe. The location of the umbrella shed relative to the depot building is a match. Atchison did not have umbrellas, only an awning off the depot. In any case, we have

There is snow on the ground in the photo, so it cannot be from June. I received correspondence from Bill Schultz off list who surmises that the photo is from mid-December 1935. Here are his thoughts:
