HI Guys; That's a ditto for me on the SP Lettering Gray. I have used that for all the Blackbirds, and added it to the Reefer White for the Graybacks as well. several to match in

Duncan, different lots, different manufacturers, and even weather conditions can affect the paint colors. So while there may be only one color of gray that the Q used there can be variations on it. I

Duncan, On the Kato GP-35's and SD-40's- I have used Floquil SP Lettering Gray to paint the sunshades, radio antenna and horns and it matches very well. Badger ModelFlex CB&Q Gray is also very close.
