How about using Testors' "old aluminum" silver with no Dullcote. It's a darker shade of silver and doesn't 'sheene' like silver does. I did a Q caboose with it and am quite happy with the results. -V

I don't think IT stands for "Illinois Traction". I believe it's "Illinois Terminal". There is also an "Iowa Terminal", but I seriously doubt they had any such equipment. lol -Val
