The Walthers Baggage car is a Santa Fe prototype, but is very correct for Rock Island too (with a truck change). My impression is that the Athearn baggage car suggests a pre-war Budd baggage car, and

Could you compare Cinerama Holiday to "How the West Was Won"? If a negative was usable, for transfer to video, it could be viewed with the slightly noticable vertical edges on the right hand and left

The only N scale square end lightweight observation car was the original MRC Sleeper Lounge Observation, based on a B&O 5 Bedroom, Buffet Observation (i.e. "Metcalf" "Dana", etc.) Member John Wegner

Yes, kitbashing in N scale is more challenging than in HO. Fortunate for us Burlington modelers, Charlie was working at Kato at the time the Budd equipment made it's N scale debut. Thanks Charlie! Yo
