My family moved from St. Joe in 1967. The trolley buses has just ended operation the previous year. They were operated by St. Joseph Light & Power.

The Vinegar Bridge was a spindly structure, but you could see the yard really well, small as it was. I want to say the electric buses lasted until mid ‘60s, but maybe were gone by late ‘60s. Don’t quote me, though.
