Bill, This subject isn't as keen an interest to me as you think. I got interested because it's, well, interesting. So I did a search on this group and turned up this very discussion, from a year or two ago. As I read the posts, some ideas surfaced in my head, and I thought I'd contribute. Because the subject is interesting. And, since I thus entered the "conversation", I started conversing. I will note that I, unintentionally, seemed to have shaken some more data and observations and ideas out of the tree. I currently have a number of research projects going (none Q related, though) and am not in a position to pick up more. I do agree that it would be a terrific subject for an article.
