B&MR 55 was officially renumbered 14151 in 1904 sometime between February and
September, along with the other equipment from subsidiaries that was being
renumbered (some of the smaller, older equipment didn’t get renumbered, it
was merely retired). However, the November 1909 ORER still had a separate
listing for B&MR freight equipment so the date of physical renumbering is somewhere
between these dates.
(Anyone know when in 1904 that the renumbering took effect?)

Yes, please do post additional photos of
waycar #14151. It will be great to have photos from different parts
of its operating life.
Waycar #14151 had a very interesting
life. Built as a class NE-1 30' waycar at Plattsmouth
in April,1889 for the BMR. Became CB&Q #14151 in
????. The car was transferred to the BN and renumbered as #
11030. It was finally sold to a private owner in September
1976.
Does anyone have a photo of #14151 in BN
green as #11030 that they would be willing to share with the group? That
would complete the cycle. Does anyone know if the waycar still
exists? Where?
