Also I believe it was the Lyon Job that would come back from Lyon Metal and
shove a dinky or two to the hole during this well orchestrated symphony. In
addition to the "Hill Yd" there was an area of four trks(memory?)called the
"hole trks" that were stub ended and dinkys stored on them next to the derrick
trk.
And here's a few of the long gone moves that once existed at the Aurora
depot: spotting coal at the power house for the steam boilers, spotting the REA
building, pulling the Kable Printing cars off the Oregon Turn and setting them
onto the night dinky, bringing the wheel car to and from the wheel shop and
on/off a dinky to go to 14th st.
