I *did* mention the use of the Flower cars as dorms when the non CZ 
dome-dorm-lounge cars were used.  These were the typical cars used, 
right behind the baggage cars.

In the mentioned Prospector article, there is a table with the cars 
indicated for the proper Walthers and other options.  Also as has 
been indicated, the lightweight spreadsheet PDF has far more options 
in that regard.
