Here is a chart that has suggested BLI product numbers. The cars can be
switched around in the train (different CZ car number assignments) as long as
the car is the same type as specified for its position in the train. The car
types varied over time. The decals are for the Car Number Indicator next to the
vestibule doors.

Lounge Observation
Note- Trains ran with cars of mixed ownership. Cars cycled in and out
of the consists for service, repairs, and varying passenger loads with the
seasons.
"Foreign" Sleepers were consisted at the rear of the train ahead of the
Dome Observation.
BLI is working on an instruction sheet. The decals are for the car
numbers....the car's position in the train, not the railroad numbers that were
assigned for accounting purposes. I'll post the information in a table
form....the car types can be in several places in the train according to the
era so it isn't a straightforward easy answer.
