[CBQ] 1920 Diagram Book

Is there anyone on the List who can provide me with a couple of pages from the 
1920 Freight Car Diagram Book?  I need data 
 page 15 (reefers) and diagram pages 62A (FM-9 stock cars) and 92 (reefers). 

If anyone can help with these either as a scan or as a postage pre-paid 
photocopy, please contact me off List at gamlenz@ihug.co.nz
