Boys,
that's what I call a great list - you come up with a question and by the way
you get a bunch of other problems solved! Thank you all.

For my branch line that means no phones, right? Not even with a big lock.

Mike, I just "study" The Classic Layout Designs of John Armstrong (Kalmbach)
and you are right - that man is the chief dean of model railroad planners.
There are a lot of tricky space saving techniques that are extremely helpful
and the "Author's Insight" is really worth reading. If you are going to
build a layout, don't do it without Armstrong.
In contrast to you in the States, I really have to go to bed now. Tomorrow
is a busy day!
