John, The main freight business in and out of Winona was handled by the C&NW. The CB&Q interchanged with the C&NW, CGW, and CMStP&P at Winona. They had a depot there because they had traffic there. W

Hi folks, I am involved in compiling a list of interlocking's on the full CB&Q system over the years. Recently I came across names I have not come across before. I have very little paper (ETT's etc.)

Earlville is located in Illinois along the main to Galesburg and Denver. Earlville is the first town to the east of Mendota. The tower would have been protecting the crossing with the CNW Troy Grove
