Scott: I assume you are planning to model the trio in HO-scale. The best options are undecorated Highliner kits for A- and B-units, which are very hard to find. If you can find an Athearn phase 2 F3

Athearn Genesis. They just did a run earlier this year, but some of the options are sold out. I picked up two for a project I am working on and had didn't get all I ordered due to Athearn running out

I've also heard praise for the chassis offered by Kato/Stewart/Bowser. I'm not sure of the exact history- did Stewart contract with Kato or what. But you can find them under all those names on eBay.

I notice the coupler on the front is not tight lock. Didn't these units have tight lock couplers when they were used in passenger service, and, if so, when were regular couplers substituted? _._,_._,
