Scott,

Walthers still has the Highliner F3B Unit with Chicken Wire screens in stock. It is item 328-2003. You can get it from them or your favorite local dealer.

A quick internet search shows several dealers which claim to have the complete Highliner F cab unit shell kit in stock.

Scott:  I assume you are planning to model the trio in HO-scale.  The best options are  undecorated Highliner kits for A- and B-units, which are very hard to find.  If you can find an Athearn phase 2 F3 in Q colors that would be an ideal starting point. Stewart Models (now sold through Bowser) also did a slightly less detailed version of the F3 phase 2 units.  Note that these are rail fan designations, EMD and the railroads made no such distinctions based on detail changes.
