That bridge was called the Wagon Wheel Bridge if I remember correctly. It was a public bridge I can't remember the road names and that area has changed greatly since the bridge was torn down in the l

I believe this bridge was a private bridge used by a farmer to get to his fields on both sides of the yard.It wasn`t torn down,it collapsed.I heard a woman was killed in the collapse while crossing.T

This bridge carried Vaughn Road, a township road, I think, over the CB&Q and then the BN. It did not collapsed as far as I can remember, but due to the condition, the BN petitiooned the Illinois Comm
