The old rip track use to be off the road just north of the tracks when you
crossed the bridge. Use to have an A class boiler in the boiler house for heat.
After the new Rip opened on the west end of the yard around 67-68 I was able to
salvage some nice items out of the ruins.

Subject: [CBQ] Eola yard bridge
I believe this bridge was a private bridge used by a farmer to get to
his fields on both sides of the yard.It wasn`t torn down,it collapsed.I
heard a woman was killed in the collapse while crossing. The bridge
supports might still be there. To see them you have to take Metra.Any
ability to reach the bridge head is gone by new housing, even the farm
buildings are gone.
