According to an earlier email Dave Lotz said Bulletin 40 was put in the mail on Feb 4th. However the snails the USPS is using to replace the swift steeds of the Pony Express have still not delivered

Buddy I would recommend Microscale 87-535 "Burlington Route (CB&Q) Refrigerator cars #1". I have used them for several of my 1941 cars. For the roof platforms I would suggest the Tichy roof hatches

Duncan, My 1956 folio book says the renumbering was part of a 1951 program so I doubt many cars would be chinese red yet although some might. So I would just carefully paint out the number 4 and run
