Ahhhh so simple, I always thought the rear roofs were higher due to A/C ducts or something of that nature. It does appear that only the Burlington (and CZ) Vista Dome Observations had the higher rear

The IC only plated over the front windows on the domes they bought not the NP Sleeper Domes. IC purchased six domes from the Mo Pac 3 were Budd and 3 were Pullman Standard, these were the domes that

The first Budd equipment with tinted glass, other than of course the dome glass in Silver Dome, was the 1947 Vista Dome Twin Zephyr Cars. Even the business car Burlington had clear glass when built.
