Is there a list of cars that had/didn't have toilets? My impression is that cars with toilets had a small square window replacing a normal-sized one. And that it was on both levels of the car, but only in one "corner". How were these two types of cars assigned? Clearly there had to be at least one toilet-car in a train, but beyond that,?????
