UP U30Cs in the EL engine terminal at Marion.  The slide mounts are stamped Apr and May 73.

Digging into sources, UP had their U30Cs shipped to the Erie Lackawanna shop in Marion, OH to be put in service at that location due to favorable Ohio tax laws.  From there they worked west to the UP.
