Because of the pandemic they are currently unavailable to the general public but they do include blueprints for the 1923 plant addition.
Maybe down the road when things are better you can get a look at them.
By the way, that post card has a lot of issues, including the fact that the sawtooth roof (for bringing in light) is facing the wrong way...

Here is a link to a postcard showing an earlier view of the plant before all of the skylights that would have also provided ventilation were closed o, covered or removed. Postmark on the card is 1929.

Let's try this again with the picture attached. Hopefully, you can expand the photo and see the large vertical structure at the end of the building I'm talking about. It's to the right of the large smokestack. Two possibilities may be an incinerator for disposing of scrap paper? (pre EPA) When I expand the photo, it appears that the top is open. Another idea was this is a cooling tower for some industrial air conditioning to help cool areas of the paper plant to make the rolled paper easier to process.
Any ideas?
