The 1967 version shows an expanded Chicago terminal district. If
you look at the 1956 one (offered by Ted Schnepf) and the 1959 one
(which was offered by the BRHS archives), you see some of the
outer suburbs were not part of the terminal district (like
Naperville). It would be interesting to know how, why and when
this changed.
