Joe,

Yes, the locomotive, 4960, is eastbound and about to cross Belmont Road. Belmont Road was a grade level crossing at that time, not a viaduct as it is today. I can’t answer the question about the signal bridge. Glen Haug would be the only person that I know of that might have a track layout from that period.

Is the locomotive eastbound on main #3 in this photo and the signal bridge at 22.9 out of sight behind it? Does anyone have a track plan of the Belmont depot area from this era they can post? Thanks.
