What was the time frame for that arrangement? Presumably a very short time period? Typically the Q passenger E unit power was put on and off at St. Paul.

GN F's were regular power on trains 97 and 88 in the early 60's.  It was attributed to an agreement the Q had with the GN as it relates to the GN use of Q E units running through to Havre, MT.
