I'm the one who submitted those to Bill Jewett many years ago for the NMRA Operations SIG database. For those of you asking John Trulson for copies, you can get the CGW industrial guide online in the Internet archive. Here is the link to the main page:

It notes that "For Omaha area listings, see also South Omaha in the S-Z listings and Council Bluffs in the A-Z listings."

You may also see if your local library has online access to the Sanborn maps. Our library district allows access to card holders online. The Omaha maps I can see were updated to 1962.
