That is 1956-57 directory. I've seen two later ones. One is a 1965 MP Industrial directory that is sold by Ted Schnepf at Rails Unlimited. The latest one I've seen for Omaha is a 1971 Rock Island industrial directory. I allowed Ted Schnepf to copy the one in my possession and he now all sells it along with his other industrial guides.
