I was in South Sioux City after the shortly BN merger visiting a friend (Dick Levine), now living in Omaha.   He got wind of two freights coming into town.   Each was powered by a 5 unit set of E-7's, that's 10 E-7's in town at the same time.   Quite a sight, I got photos with a Argus 75 on 620 film.   Photos are still in my file with negs.    Priceless stuff..

Ferry Nebraska, best know for the CMO crossing of the Missouri River at Sioux City. Ferry was the site of the CB&Q tracks and service facility on the Nebraska side of the bridge. The Q had trackage rights on the CMO to cross the bridge.
