[CBQ] Re: Q leased power?

All-

I have a shot of NP 6000D at Cicero, Illinois, in June, 1966. David Hepper over 
on the NPTellTale suggested the Q may have leased some F-units from the NP in 
the 1966-9 period. (I vaguely recall seeing more shots of NP F-units at Cicero 
taken in the 1960s -- not sure what books -- perhaps Larry Schrenk's _NP Diesel 
Era_.) Does anyone have any details that might confirm or deny this?
