The next BRHS event will be April 9th in Batavia, IL and I will be there.
If you can't make it to that meet, I will be going to the NMRA National July
7-9 in Sacramento, CA. If that doesn't work, I'll be at next year's Amherst
show in West Springfield.

May I suggest that if you do not have the ability to scan these, I would be
willing to do so in order for the BRHS to get an electronic copy of them.
After the scans are done, then you would be able to sell them. If you are
not looking for any monetary gain, then you could donate them to the BRHS
and deduct their value from your taxes as a charitable donation. The BRHS
is a 501-C-3 not-for profit corporation.

IF they are not something you wish to keep, there are a few railfans who
might buy them. generally RR museums are not as interested in time sheets
as in other "paper". You are lucky your Dad saved them; perhaps from his 1st
couple months with CB&Q? Tks for sharing.
