one of the unfortunate parts of the conversation, is that IRM tried to get them
several years ago and had some support to get it done, but the owner thought he
could sell them for a huge profit.
then the economy did its thing
so there they sit.
Based on the trucking and crane work just to get them out of there I think we
estimated serious 5 figures not counting the actual cost of the cars themselves.

Zephyr. The obs is the Silver Streak from the 9907 set and the Dinette Coach

baggage car, Silver Beam? and Silver Courier are from the 9906 set.
What a shame. I feel sick every time I think of what is happening to these
historical treasures.
