Years ago, I had heard a pretty nasty rumor that someone in Hill City vandalized C&S 9 (I think he supposedly cut the cylinder saddle) before it was to be removed, bitter that he was losing "his" engine. Is that true? And if so, was this in relation to the court case cited below, and was Heckman the culprit?
