all I know is they were offered for sale several years ago on eBay for 20k 
each, and no takers then 

part of the issue is they are on orphan rail and will need to be trucked about 
20 miles through rough terrain to get to the closest live rail.
and then either repaired or put on flat cars
it will not be cheap
