I agree with Rich on the first list and while I can't speak for Bill
I am not sure we need the second list as the express companies were
consolidated in WW I. I also do not think we need the Pullman names.
When I use the Champ bronze gold it just fades into the green and I
find it hard to read farther than about 6 in., so whether protorype
or not I prefer the Deluxe Gold.
